The programme, which is often listed as a ‘desirable’ element in application for middle leadership posts in Catholic schools, will begin with a briefing session at the Wrightington Hotel. You will get the opportunity to meet the CMLP team and receive an overview of the outcomes and expectations of the programme. Following this,we will launch the programme in September with our residential conference. During the programme you will receive the full support from the CMLP team, have access to a structured learning set and experienced facilitator and the chance to meet some inspiring and prominent national speakers.

Please note, the briefing session is for all delegates and learning coaches to attend to gain an overview of the programme. If you book on to the programme and you or your learning coach are unable to attend the briefing session, you will be required to attend a catch up session at the opening residential conference.

The final Celebration Day at LACE is when you will deliver your presentation and you are invited to bring along your Learning Coach and or your Headteacher.
